Prior to their current roles, Melissa held key positions at Samsara, Medallia, Meraki Inc, Altman Vilandrie & Company, Investors Bank & Trust, and Massachusetts College of Art. Melissa holds a Bachelors degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from UMass Boston, and a Masters degree in Organizational Learning and Development from Suffolk University.
