Nicola Jacks

Nicola Jacks is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and holding the position of VP People at Aurora Solar. With a strong background in people management and organizational growth, Nicola is also a member of Knoetic, a forum for HR executives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Facebook, where Nicola advanced from HR Business Partner to Human Resources Director for WhatsApp, overseeing substantial workforce scaling. Formerly, Nicola held the position of Human Resources Director at Square during its rapid expansion and has a decade of experience at ANZ in various HR roles, culminating in a leadership position in HR Operations. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and a Master of Business with Distinction in Human Resource Management from RMIT University.
