Nikki Hampton

Nikki Hampton, SPHR, is currently serving as the VP, People + Places at Twelve since January 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and people management, Nikki has held various leadership roles in companies such as PeopleTech Partners, Cleo, Regrow Ag, and Planet. Nikki's expertise also extends to human resources consulting and finance from their time at HR Ideas, Inc and Lieberman Productions. Graduating from California State University - East Bay, Nikki has a strong background in the field and a proven track record of successfully managing global teams and talent development.
