Stephanie Mardell is currently the Head of People at Anchorage Digital, a company focused on building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutional participation in crypto. With a background in recruiting and people operations, Stephanie has held various leadership positions in companies such as Button and Airtime. Stephanie also serves as an advisor at PeopleTech Partners, a network of business leaders investing in People Tech. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Economics from American University and a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
