Lynne Sopher

Lynne Sopher, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and human resources management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Application Manager for Peoria County Government since February 2021, Lynne also operates as the Web Content Manager for Peoria Web Design. Previous roles include Project Manager at the County of Peoria, Company Administrator at Advanced CAD/CAM Services, and various positions at Caterpillar Inc., including 6 Sigma Black Belt, Team Leader for the Global Human Resources Service Center, and Human Services Supervisor. Lynne has a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and notable coursework in Counseling & Human Development from Bradley University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
