Madhusha Men Menda

Madhusha Men Menda has a diverse work experience. Madhusha started working as an Art Director at Leo Burnett in 2006, and later joined Sarva Colombo as a Creative Director in 2008. Madhusha held this position until 2015. In 2020, they became a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Borough of Manhattan Community College and worked there until 2021. From January 2021 to December 2022, they worked as a Life Skills Coach at A Very Special Place Inc. Currently, they are employed as an Associate Art Director at pep, LLC starting from March 2023.

Madhusha Men Menda began their education in 2018 at Borough of Manhattan Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (Honors) degree in Multimedia Programming - Digital Design. Madhusha completed their studies in 2020. Following this, Madhusha enrolled in Queens College in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with honors in Design, which is expected to be completed in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Madhusha has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2020, they completed the "Photoshop 2020 One-on-One: Fundamentals" course at LinkedIn. Later, in 2021, they obtained the "Creative Inspirations: Doyald Young, Logotype Designer" certification. Madhusha continued expanding their knowledge in 2023 by obtaining certifications such as "InDesign 2023 Essential Training," "Adobe XD: Prototyping Tips and Tricks," "Photoshop CC 2019 One-on-One: Advanced," and "Storytelling for Advertising Campaigns," all from LinkedIn.
