Michelle Oswalt (Kramm)

Michelle (Kramm) Oswalt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and marketing. Currently serving as Account Supervisor and previously as Account Executive at pep, LLC since November 2020, Michelle has a strong background in client management from roles at Turnkey Merchandise Programs, L.L.C. as Director of Client Success and Senior Client Success Manager. Prior experience includes marketing and membership management at Gull Lake Country Club, operational support for the Kalamazoo Growlers Baseball Club, and administrative assistance in the athletic department at Delton Kellogg Schools.
