Tomasz Suchecki

Tomasz Suchecki is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in management and support services. Currently serving as the Lead IT Store Support Manager and Lead of the Duty Management Team at Pepco since January 2021, Tomasz previously held the role of Monitoring Center Manager and Service Desk Manager at NCR Corporation from June 2006 to December 2020. Responsibilities included leading a team of 17, managing 24/7 remote support operations, overseeing incident and change management processes, and directing service desk implementation projects in both local and multinational markets. Additionally, Tomasz has experience as a Business Analyst and began a career in financial reporting as an intern at BIC. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics and further studies at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
