Ravi Manchanda

Ravi Manchanda has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Ravi currently serves on the Strategic Investment Committee (SIC) within India's Invest Karnataka Forum, where they provide strategic guidance and supports effective decision-making for investment initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Pepper Financial Services Group, including Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Principal Investments Asia - ASEAN & India, where they were responsible for entry strategies into India, Indonesia, and Singapore. Ravi also has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Turning Leaf RFMC and PeopleShores. Prior to that, Ravi was Chief Executive Singapore and Head of Large Corporates at Westpac, where they led the Asia HQ branch and built the bank's consumer, agribusiness, and LNG strategy. Ravi also served as the Group CEO at MAJU HOLDINGS SDN BHD and held Non-Executive Chairman roles at Perwaja Holdings Sdn Bhd and Kinsteel Sdn Bhd. Ravi began their career at Standard Chartered Bank as Managing Director, overseeing origination client coverage in wholesale banking.

Ravi Manchanda's education history includes a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAS, a Singapore Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, an AFLP Alumni Singapore certification from the Asean Financial Leadership Program, a degree in Accountancy and Operational Research with Commendation from the University of Dundee, an A level from National Junior College, and O Levels from Anglo Chinese School. Ravi also participated in a Monetary of Singapore sponsored program. Additionally, Ravi has obtained the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma - Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma from the FT Board Director Programme in 2023.
