Weiquan Chen

Weiquan Chen serves as the Group Head of Legal at Pepper Financial Services Group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Weiquan held positions as Legal Counsel at OneConnect Financial Technology from December 2018 to May 2021, and as Assistant General Counsel at AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. from May 2017 to December 2018. Weiquan also worked as Legal Counsel at CIMB Bank Berhad between January 2012 and April 2017. Weiquan Chen earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore, completing the degree from 2003 to 2007, and attended Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls' School earlier in academic pursuits.
