Rithika Motwani

Rithika Motwani is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pepper Advantage since March 2024. Previously, Rithika held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Tutorac Inc from March 2022 to March 2024, and was a Human Resources Manager at CARE Hospitals, Quality CARE India Limited from August 2016 to March 2022, where significant contributions included HR initiatives, onboarding, and the implementation of HRMS software for a large workforce.
