Nati Gabay

Nati Gabay is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as a Software Program Manager and Software R&D Project Manager at Pepper since April 2022. Prior to this, Nati worked at Intel Corporation from 2018 to April 2022 as a Project Manager, focusing on cross-divisional projects to enhance business processes and implement Lean methodologies for efficiency and cost reduction. Nati co-founded Kangaroo - Advanced Sleep Solutions in 2017, where responsibilities included patent writing and product development. Experience also includes a position as Sales Director at Aeroflex, managing a team of sales agents, and serving as Field Warrior for Shabak, as well as an IDF Combat Commander in the elite Duvdevan unit. Nati holds a PMP certification from the Technion, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Jerusalem College of Technology.
