Justin Humphreys

Justin Humphreys is the Director of Safety at Pepper Indiana. With nearly two decades of industry experience, his role goes beyond policing regulations and includes minimizing risk by examining behavior. His empathetic approach to engage field teams in open conversation has made him a leader in cultivating Pepper’s safety culture.

Justin is Construction Health and Safety Technician certified, and is a member of the Association of General Contractors and Indiana Constructors, Inc., Safety Committee.
