Kevin Heatter

Kevin started his construction career in 1994 and joined Pepper Construction in 2001. He spent most of his career specializing in healthcare construction until transitioning to the 1060 project in 2015. With high attention to detail and an understanding of complex systems, Kevin has provided a measured approach to the project’s seemingly impossible logistical and schedule constraints. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University, holds an ASHE Healthcare Construction certificate, and is a LEED AP.
