George Couris is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President and CEO of The Pepper Group since 2002. Couris specializes in driving revenue and profitability through innovative marketing strategies while collaborating with clients to leverage both traditional and digital media. In addition to leading The Pepper Group, Couris has held significant roles including President of the DePaul University Marketing Advisory Council, Team Mentor at The Junto Institute, and a board member of CEO Roundtable Chicago. Prior experience includes founding Teer1, a mobile-first employee engagement platform, and serving as President of the American Marketing Association Chicago Chapter. Couris' background also includes a senior marketing role at Michelin North America. Educational qualifications feature an MBA in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
