Kieran Breheny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, currently serving as a Dialler/MI Analyst at Pepper Financial Services Group since August 2014. Previously, Kieran worked at Elsevier from November 2004 to April 2012, first as a Customer Service Agent, assisting authors, reviewers, and editors with online submission tools, and later as a Reporting Analyst, leading analysis projects to enhance cost efficiency, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction. Kieran holds a Higher Diploma in Software Design & Development from the University of Galway (2000-2001) and a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from the same institution (1996-2000).
