Michael Cunico

Michael Cunico has an extensive work experience in the financial industry. Michael started their career in 2007 at Commonwealth Bank as a Manager in Customer Assist, where they worked for four years. In 2011, they joined Pepper Money ANZ as a Collections Manager for the Australian Portfolio. After two years, they transferred to Pepper Ireland as a Portfolio Manager and stayed there for three years. In 2016, they returned to Pepper Money ANZ and took on the role of Senior Manager in Risk Management. Finally, in 2019, they were promoted to Head of Operational Risk at Pepper Money ANZ, where they are currently employed.

Michael Cunico is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the University of London. Michael started their undergraduate program in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2024. In addition to their degree program, Michael has obtained three certifications from the Australian Institute of Management. In August 2019, they obtained the "Manage People Effectively" certification. In November 2019, they obtained the "Manage Performance Effectively" certification. Most recently, in October 2020, Michael obtained the "Manage Business Effectively" certification.
