Devi Maheshwari

Devi Maheshwari's work experience includes serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pepper Money India since October 2022. Before that, they were the Director of People at disprz from February 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of AVP - Human Resources and Senior Manager HR at FlexiLoans from April 2018 to February 2022. Devi also worked as a Senior Manager Human Resources at Magic Bus India Foundation from June 2015 to March 2018 and as a Manager - Human Resources at Population Services International from January 2010 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Management Trainee at Reliance Industries Limited for a brief period in 2008.

Devi Maheshwari has a strong educational background in Human Resources and Psychology. Devi completed an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Amity University between 2007-2009. Devi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University, which they completed during 2004-2007. In addition to their formal education, they acquired a certification in the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from Franklin Covey Gibraltar in 2014.
