Janice Salem

Janice Salem has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janice worked at Pepper Money UK as the Head of Business Systems from 2018. Prior to that, they were at Pepper UK from 2015 to 2018, where they served as the Originations Systems Manager. During their time there, they successfully delivered a mortgage origination platform and was responsible for internal development and managing change requests.

Before joining Pepper UK, Janice worked at FIS as a Business Systems Analyst from 2014 to 2015. Janice'srole involved delivering a target operating model for a UK bank project and performing various tasks such as conducting client interviews, ensuring timely project deliverables, and reviewing business requirements.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Bank of East Asia from 2007 to 2014. Janice held multiple roles, including IT Systems Analyst and Lending Assistant. In their role as IT Systems Analyst, they played a crucial role in delivering key projects such as the bank's internet banking platform, mobile banking, and express remittance. Additionally, they were responsible for troubleshooting and managing system integration and user acceptance tests.
