Lisa Philips

Lisa Philips has a diverse work experience in various consultancy and management roles. Lisa began their career as a Consultant at Commerzbank AG, where they worked on improving the measurement and management of Market Risk within the investment bank. Lisa later joined Peracon as a Project Manager, implementing a global real estate business intelligence platform. Lisa also served as a Product Development Manager at Strategy4IT, overseeing the development of an IT strategy tool. Lisa then joined The Economist as a Consultant, analyzing IT processes and systems to reduce fragmentation and costs. Lisa also worked as a Consultant at cibsys Ltd, focusing on business change and operating model review. Lisa later joined RBS as a Change Manager, specializing in PSD2 and Open Banking.
