Matt Mode

Matt Mode has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit and risk consulting. Matt is currently serving as the Head Of Internal Audit at Pepper Money UK since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at NewDay from November 2018 to July 2022. In addition, Matt has experience working as the Head of Professional Practices at Santander UK from November 2017 to October 2018 and at MUFG from November 2013 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager, Financial Services Risk at Ernst & Young from March 2003 to October 2013. Matt also held positions at Arthur Andersen as a Contractor in 2001, Fuji Bank Ltd as an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit from October 2000 to September 2001, and Ernst & Young as a Business Analyst, Business Risk Consulting from September 1997 to September 2000.

Matt Mode received their Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Alliance Manchester Business School. Matt studied at the school from 1994 to 1997.
