Renata Burnett

Renata Burnett has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Renata is currently the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Pepper Money UK, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, Renata worked at Aldermore Bank PLC where they held various roles, including Group Head of FP&A and Investor Relations from April 2018 to November 2019, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis from November 2017 to March 2018, Finance Business Partner - Funding from April 2017 to October 2017, Finance Business Partner - Savings from February 2015 to March 2017, and Finance Analyst - FP&A from March 2014 to January 2015. Before joining Aldermore Bank PLC, Renata worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Vanquis Bank from November 2012 to December 2013. Renata began their career at STA Travel as a Business Analysis and Commercial Manager, a position they held for nearly 7 years from April 2005 to October 2012.

Renata Burnett has a solid education background. Renata began their academic journey at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they pursued a degree in Marketing and Management with a specialization in Accountancy from 1998 to 2001. After several years, they decided to further enhance their professional qualifications, and from 2006 to 2009, they attended the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to obtain their ACCA certification. Their dedication to continuous learning is evident with their recent certification, "Leadership Skills for The Future," which they obtained from LinkedIn in September 2022.
