Chase Canfield

Chase joined the Pepper Pike home office team with almost 20 years of experience as a leader in Human Resources & Organizational Development in state government, higher education, and most recently in healthcare. He specializes in culture transformation, employee engagement, and organizational design & effectiveness. As Chief People & Culture Officer for PPCP, Chase’s responsibilities include overseeing the Human Resources division, talent management, and culture-shaping to help position the company for continued growth. Chase earned his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is a member of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM) and the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio.
