Dart Lindsley

Dart Lindsley is currently an advisor at Peppercorn.ai. Dart has over 25 years of experience in business process improvement, portfolio management, business analysis, and change management.

Dart started their career as a staffing researcher at RW Stearns in 1993. Dart then became a lead sourcer at KLA-Tencor in 1996 before moving to Cisco in 1999 as a recruiter. Dart quickly rose through the ranks at Cisco, becoming a business solutions architect in 2001 and a business process and change consultant in 2008. In 2010, they became senior manager of HR transformation planning and analysis, leading teams responsible for ensuring that HR kept pace with changes in business need. Dart retired from Cisco in 2017.

Since retiring from Cisco, Dart has become a sought-after advisor and consultant, using their wealth of experience to help companies improve their business processes and change management practices.

Dart Lindsley has a BA in Literature and Writing from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MA in Literature and Writing from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dart Lindsley is certified by the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) as an ISSIP Knowledge Sharing - Eminence Badge holder and by Cisco as a Gold Certified Business Architect.
