Kai Hart

Kai Hart is an accomplished student leader and business analyst currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Pepperdine University. As the Incoming President of Pepperdine DECA, Kai leads a team of over 15 competitors preparing for an international business competition, having previously excelled as VP of Finance and VP of Communication within the same organization. In the Pepperdine Accounting Society, Kai serves as Incoming VP of Administration and has guided significant recruitment initiatives while managing communications and member relations. Additionally, Kai holds a supervisory internship position at the Office of International Student Services, overseeing junior interns and the admissions process for international students. As a co-founder of Hāfu Connect, a community for Half-Japanese individuals, Kai successfully built a vibrant social media presence. Previously, as a Business Analyst Intern at Mutual Group, Kai contributed to a considerable revenue increase by managing client portfolios.
