Marissa Davis

Marissa Davis is a seasoned professional in student services and academic support, currently serving as the Director of Student Success at Seaver College, Pepperdine University since June 2012. In this role, Marissa has implemented best practices and centralized tutoring services to enhance student learning and scholarship at the university. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Student Services for the School of Public Policy, overseeing admissions, financial aid, and academic advising, as well as managing academic advising operations. Marissa began her career as a Career Services Coordinator at Santa Barbara Business College, providing career guidance to students and graduates. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Education at Huntington Learning Center, where responsibilities included academic guidance and evaluation. Marissa holds a Master's degree in School Counseling and Guidance from Phillips Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University.
