Nikki Isbell

Nikki Isbell is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at the Center for Mental Health Excellence, where responsibilities include providing therapy and engaging in clinical supervision. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, Nikki is also a Clinical Psychology and MFT graduate student. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter and Research Coordinator at BSM Consulting, conducting behavioral interviews and leading recruitment research projects; a Teaching Assistant at NYU Langone Health, assisting with class management and student support; and a Research Assistant at the West Interpersonal Perception Lab. Nikki’s background also includes administrative leadership as a Practice Manager for DANA JAMES, MS, CNS, CDN. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University, graduating summa cum laude, and has studied Theatre at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art, along with previous education at Loyola Marymount University.
