Naomi Farberman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Naomi started their career in 1993 with Procter & Gamble, where they worked in IT & Sales for over a decade. During their time there, they took on various roles such as System Manager and IT System Manager, leading projects to support the corporate sales organization and implementing systems for the sales team.
In 2002, Naomi joined Hewlett Packard Singapore as a System DBA before moving on to work at the Vic Department of Treasury and Finance as a Project Manager in 2005. Naomi also briefly held the position of Business Development Manager at Raritan in 2006.
From 2006 to 2012, they worked at The Heat Group as the IT Manager, where they were responsible for setting IT direction, managing network and support improvements, and implementing technologies to support the business. Naomi then transitioned to the role of Business Process Improvement Manager, focusing on identifying process outages and implementing new processes or technologies to drive better business results.
In 2013, Naomi joined Pepperi as the Regional Sales and Partner Manager for APAC, where they currently hold the role. Additionally, they are a board member of the Jewish Professional Women's Network since 2021.
