Nadja Schneider

Nadja Schneider is currently the HR Director Europe at Pepperl+Fuchs Gruppe, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as the international HR Director at MÜNZING Chemie GmbH, managing personnel operations across multiple locations from 2014 to 2021. Nadja has also held various HR leadership positions, including overseeing staff development and management at Schluchseewerk AG and serving as an HR manager at FIBRO Normalien. In addition to their professional work, they volunteer as a judge at the Mannheim Labor Court. Nadja contributed to the field of education as a lecturer at IHK Hochrhein-Bodensee, teaching courses on leadership and collaboration.
