Gary Young

Gary’s goal is for Peppermint Technology to be recognised as the best and most innovative software company in the legal technology market, enabling businesses to modernise, transform and grow, alongside his obsession on delivering a great customer experience.

He has more than 30 years’ experience across the broader technology industry – including in his former role as Executive Vice President of KCOM Group Plc, where he led its mid-market and consumer businesses. Gary was instrumental in leading KCOM’s investment and deployment in next generation fibre across Hull & East Yorkshire, an achievement which is recognised in his continuing role as advisor/non-executive director at the C4DI (Centre for Digital Innovation).

Prior to his 13 years at KCOM, Gary held a number of other senior roles. As CEO of Mettoni Group, a global communications software business, he oversaw significant growth and opened operations in the Middle East and US. He also held senior roles in Compel Group PLC and IBM UK & IBM Canada.

Gary studied Economics at the University of Calgary, Canada and attended London Business School’s Senior Executive Programme.
