Rich’s goal is focused on how Peppermint can leverage new technology to enhance Peppermint’s market leading CX platform, allowing the legal technology market to innovate as well as providing technical and architectural governance for the business’s wider software development teams.

A Microsoft Certified Specialist and Professional Development Manager, Rich has a proven track record of managing product development teams (local, remote and offshore) in the delivery of commercially successful software applications.

He has more than 20 years’ experience across the technology and legal industry, including in his former role as Development Manager in the Development Centre of Excellence at IRIS which was then the UK’s largest private software house. He was responsible for all of the IRIS next generation legal products, covering solicitors, barristers and property management verticals.
