Andrew Salti possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving in dual roles at Bollo Woodfired Pizza as Manager of Operations and Team Manager since May 2016, alongside ongoing responsibilities at Pepperonis since May 2007, focusing on daily operations, problem-solving, and quality control. Previous roles include a position as a Solar Consultant at Tesla for a brief period in 2017 and an Expodieter at Sorrel Urban Bistro, which gained national acclaim under Andrew Salti’s watch. Andrew Salti holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Houston, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015, subsequent to graduating from Clements High School in 2011.

Ray Salti, Pepperoni’s founder and CEO, started Pepperoni’s with a commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients and service to our community. To meet the increase in customer demand for Pepperoni’s signature dishes, we expanded from our first store in Sugar Land, Texas to multiple locations throughout the Houston area. After years of experience, Ray developed an efficient business model that preserves product quality while increasing revenue and profitability. As a result, in 2019, Pepperoni’s launched its franchising opportunities.
