Hunter Hardin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Hunter worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Keeneland Association for one year. In 2017, Hunter transitioned to a Sales Associate position at Sportsman's Warehouse for a year and a half. Hunter then joined PepperPointe Partnerships in 2018, starting as a Marketing Intern before progressing to the role of Community and Practice Relations Coordinator. In 2020, Hunter was promoted to Marketing Manager and later became the Regional Marketing Director.

Hunter Hardin attended the University of Kentucky from 2015 to 2019, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
