Bree Connor has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. Bree started their career as an HR Coordinator at Wellington Shire Council in 2009 and later became an HR Advisor and HR Team Lead at Latrobe City Council in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an HR Generalist at Temenos UK, Energy Developments UK, and William Adams Pty Ltd. Bree then joined MYOB in 2015 as a Senior People Consultant, where they partnered with high-volume client groups. In 2017, they became an HR Business Partner at Mercedes-Benz Australia before taking on the role of Chief People Officer at Pepperstone in 2023. Bree also held the position of Group Head of People & Culture at Pepperstone, where they played a key role in setting and operationalizing the company's People & Culture strategy.
Bree Connor has a Master of Human Resource Management from Monash University. Bree also obtained a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (BBusCom) in Human Resource Management from the same institution. In 2021, they completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, they are planning to pursue further education at the Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) starting in 2023.
