Grace Stokes is currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Peppy since April 2024, after holding the position of Strategic Client Success Manager. Prior to this, Grace worked at Perkbox from August 2019 to April 2024, progressing through roles including Enterprise Account Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager - Global, and Customer Success Manager. Grace's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Commercial Executive at the British Chambers of Commerce from October 2017 to August 2019.
