Aiveen Hyland

Aiveen Hyland has extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and operations across various industries. Currently serving in a Strategy and Transformation role at PepsiCo since November 2021, Aiveen previously held the position of Director and Treasurer at it@cork until April 2023, advocating for the IT industry's interests in Ireland. Aiveen has also led the Enterprise Transformation Office at Bank of Ireland and was the Head of Prioritisation Group Portfolio Office. As COO at Vearsa, Aiveen managed global enterprise software services for eBook publishers and oversaw large teams in finance and accounting operations at SouthWestern BPO. Aiveen's earlier roles include Director of Global Outsourcing at Capgemini and Project Manager at Celerant Consulting, alongside foundational management experience at Smurfit Kappa Group. Aiveen holds a Commerce degree from University College Cork and a Master's in Marketing and Management from the University of Stirling.
