Alexia's earlier professional experience includes significant positions at The Arnott's Group, Sainsbury's, and Goodman Fielder, focusing on finance and strategic roles. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Marketing, and Economics from the University of Sydney.
