Amy Merica, Ed.D., is a Learning & Development leader with over 20 years of expertise in training facilitation and instructional design. They have directed teams and initiatives at organizations like TAG - The Aspen Group and Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, effectively combining educational theory with practical application to enhance learning outcomes. Amy's accomplishments include establishing scalable learning frameworks for hyper-growth environments and mentoring others in adult learning theory. They hold a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and the Science of Learning from the University at Buffalo. Currently, Amy serves as the Sr. Director of Learning Strategy & Experience at PepsiCo.
