Annalize van der Waal

Annalize Van Der Waal is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning several notable companies. Currently serving as Vice President and CHRO of Human Resources at PepsiCo, Annalize has held key leadership positions including Senior HR Director for Sub Saharan Africa at PepsiCo and People Director for Supply and Logistics at Anheuser-Busch InBev within the Africa Zone. Prior roles include People Director for Commercial at South African Breweries and HR Director at Danone Dairy, as well as Regional Business Partner for the Cape Region at South African Breweries. Annalize holds an M.Com in Industrial Psychology and a B.Com Honours in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Pretoria.
