Archana Jagannathan is the Chief Sustainability Officer for PepsiCo Europe, actively involved in the development of the company's transformation strategy, PepsiCo Positive (pep+). With a career that began at Tata Finance and progressed through roles at GE Capital and McKinsey & Company, Archana has acquired extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and operations across various consumer sectors. Previous positions include leadership roles at PepsiCo focusing on sustainable operations and marketing for renowned juice and smoothie brands, as well as significant contributions at The Nature's Bounty Co. advising on operations and strategic planning for the international market. Archana's academic credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s Degree from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
