Derick Appia-Kubi

Derick Appia-Kubi serves as the Director of Strategy & Integration for Sub-Saharan Africa at PepsiCo, bringing extensive expertise in strategy and transformation from previous roles as Senior Manager in Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo and Deals Consultant in M&A at PwC. Derick has also held positions as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation at IBM Global Business Services and as an Investment Officer in Private Equity at Oasis Capital Ghana. Earlier in their career, Derick was a Continuous Improvement Manager and an Operations Leadership Program Associate at United Technologies. Educationally, Derick obtained a Master of Business Administration in Private Equity and Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and pursued studies at the University of Connecticut.
