Elizabeth Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, learning, and development within major corporations. Currently serving as the TM Manager for Organizational Effectiveness Coaching & Consulting at PepsiCo since January 2022, Elizabeth plays a pivotal role in enhancing HR and business leaders' capabilities in areas such as Team Effectiveness, Org Design, and Change Management. Previously, Elizabeth held positions such as Learning Manager at Charter Communications and Learning & Development Manager at Diageo, focusing on developing technical acumen and strategic direction across various levels of management. Elizabeth's earlier roles include Senior Trainer and Talent Management Regional Director at Crate and Barrel, where initiatives led to the transformation of training programs and talent development across significant employee bases. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Curry College.
