Gayatri Narayan

Gayatri Narayan serves as the Senior Vice President of Digital Products and Services at PepsiCo since May 2021, focusing on global software engineering and digital transformation. Previously, Gayatri held key roles at Microsoft, including General Engineering Manager for Power Virtual Agents, where significant user growth and revenue increases were achieved, and General Manager for Intelligent Communications. Gayatri's tenure at Amazon included various leadership positions in global marketplace shipping, product evaluation for Amazon Fashion, and marketing analytics. Early career experience included roles at Starcom MediaVest Group, Sears Holdings Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Thomson Reuters. Gayatri holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. Educational background also includes a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
