Currently serving as Strategy & Transformation Senior Director at PepsiCo, Jorge previously held roles such as Strategy & Transformation Director and Strategic Planning Senior Manager for PepsiCo Foods Mexico. With a strong foundation in strategic operations, Jorge has also worked as Strategic Planning Manager and Productivity Manager for the Caribbean and Central America Region at PepsiCo Americas Foods. Jorge’s educational background includes an MBA in Technology Management & Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
