Kishan Pandya

Kishan Pandya serves as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at PepsiCo, leading global functions in Embedded Automation, Salesforce, and Employee Experience since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kishan held the title of Senior Director of Process Re-Engineering at PepsiCo, focusing on global embedded automation and software development. Before joining PepsiCo, Kishan was with Mars as the leader of Global Process Intelligence and previously managed strategy and demand for intelligent automation. Earlier experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Kishan implemented robotic process automation and business intelligence strategies, and Mars, where Kishan served as an IT Business Partner. Kishan began a career at AT&T as a Network Engineer. Kishan's educational background includes studies at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and executive education in Digital Strategy & Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
