Kusum S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and digital transformation across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Supply Chain Transformation and Manufacturing Excellence at PepsiCo since November 2023, Kusum previously held the Head of Supply Chain & Digitalization role at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where key responsibilities included managing complex supply chain operations and leading digitization projects involving big data analytics and AI/ML. Before that, significant contributions were made at Bosch as the Head of Digital Supply Chain & Logistics, where Kusum focused on Industry 4.0 initiatives.
