Lea Hage

Lea Hage is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for the Levant region at PepsiCo, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives across the Asia, Middle East, and North Africa. With a career spanning over 15 years, Lea has held various significant roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Sustainability Manager, where strategic planning and organizational change management were pivotal. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for the Middle East at Bel and HR Connection Expert at Nokia Siemens Networks. Lea Hage holds an MBA with a thesis focusing on strategic HRM and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
