Mariana Bedolla

Mariana Bedolla is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiCo Beverages Canada since July 2019. Previously, Mariana held various leadership roles at Xerox from March 1998 to June 2019, including Vice President of Human Resources for Software Services and Commercial Operations, where responsibilities involved driving HR transformation and high-performing culture globally. Mariana also led HR operations for Latin America, focusing on unifying HR efforts across the region. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University and two degrees in Human Resources Management and Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
