Matthew Cheney

Matthew Cheney, MBA, MHR, currently serves as Associate Manager of Human Resources at PepsiCo, a position held since July 2020. In this role, Matthew led significant initiatives such as the revamping of policy addendums and the implementation of a recognition strategy focused on non-monetary rewards.
