Misha Kapoor is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Global Learning Business Partner at ByteDance since September 2020. Prior to this role, Misha held positions such as L&D Manager at EY and Senior Instructional Designer at Accenture, along with earlier experiences at ZS Associates and NIIT Limited. Misha's career began as a Deputy Manager at Business Co-ordination House Pvt. Ltd., focusing on technical content design and event communication. Misha holds a Master’s degree in Textile Science from Lady Irwin College, a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Rohtak University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
